The standard build for nm war is 3 str / 2 dex. Your attack power will be increased by stir , while your accuracy and evasion will be enhanced by dex. You can adjust a bit levelling up: once finding youself are too weak and never miss you can add 4 str 1 dex for 1 or 2 lv,on the contrary, you can add a bit more dex if you see you miss too much… however not go too far from this standard build.
But you cannot have all the skills as a nm, because there are some passive skills that increase your power for a particoular weapon,it is a kind of wise decision that choosing your weapon type from the beginning. Because the best weapon you can have from quest (so for free ) is 2-handed axe, you can try to stick with this.
Passive skill: take only the one relative to the weapon you choose (so 2-hand weapon power up and mastery if you’ll follow my suggestion) and skip the weapon mastery and power up for other weapon. You can make use of all other passive skills except interpratation.
Basic: skip stinger (excellent for pvp, but almost useless in pve) and skip heavy swat; take all others.
Combat: It will take you too much time to tell you what to choose, but take all until lv30, you’ll be able to choose by yourself at that lv.
Special: take battle cry (no skill poin cost), leadership, potential power, demon hushing; skip all others.
